Register
What is the purpose of registering?
Registration allows you to be recognized by the system and to access your Personal Area of the site, from which you can: - View promotions reserved for registered users only. - View the history of submitted orders. - Check the shipping status of submitted orders in real time. - Modify your registration information. - Order faster by storing shipping addresses.
How can I sign up?
You can sign up by clicking "Sign in" at the top right of the home page and "Don't have an account yet? Create one here now." You will be asked to enter an e-mail address and password and other biographical information. It is important to enter a valid e-mail address because it will be used to notify you of order confirmation, expected availability times, shipment of goods, and other useful information about your order.
I need to notify you of my e-mail: will I receive junk mail?
No. You will only receive emails regarding the handling of your orders. If you have consented to the processing of your data for promotional purposes, you will receive our newsletter with the best promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by removing your permission from your Personal Area. Your data will only be used by Esperia and its partners (such as express couriers and banks) for order processing. Under no circumstances will they be given to third-party companies and unrelated to your order.
How can I change my registration information?
You can change your registration information by logging into your Personal Area, under the Your Information section.
What rules should I follow to create a password?
The password can be any word or combination of letters that is easy for you to memorize. We recommend that you use both letters and numbers, avoiding publicly known numerical combinations such as date of birth and phone number (e.g.: sandal675 and not mario01021984) for added security. The password must be at least 5 characters long and may NOT contain special characters (e.g., "()!?-_/") or accented letters.
I can't remember my password: how can I retrieve it?
You must fill out the password recovery form, entering your e-mail address, and you will receive your password at the e-mail address you used to register for the site.
Can I subscribe to an offer mailing list?
Yes, in order to receive the best offers you must consent to the processing of your data for promotional purposes. At any time you can decide to revoke permissions, or grant them, directly from your Personal Area.
Orders
Has my order been shipped?
To check if an order has been shipped and the expected ship date access your Personal Area, via login, select the order in question and check if it is in "Shipped" status. The shipping times we indicate on the site are working days, so excluding Saturdays and holidays. Please note that when your order is shipped you will receive a notice in your e-mail box and you will be able to track the progress of the delivery. Should there be a delay in the shipment of your order, please notify us to check the status of the shipment.
Can I check the shipping status of my order?
Yes, to check the progress of your shipment log in to your Personal Area, select the order you are interested in and click on the number under "Tracking Number". Please note that in case the customer is absent a second and then a third delivery is attempted on the next day(s). You will be notified by ticket by the courier of any unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, it is possible to delete or change an order by sending an email to info@esperiashop.it or by contacting us at 800.591.113 keeping in mind that the order is processed in parts: It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been entrusted to the courier.
My order is missing a product, what should I do?
If you have not received a product, please contact us indicating the missing product. We will make arrangements to replenish the product.
I received a product that I did not order, what should I do?
All product movements are handled through a computerized system. In this way, esperiashop.it ensures that the shipment of products conforms to the order placed by the customer. In fact, the correspondence between what was ordered and what was shipped is checked, verifying the product codes and the total weight of the shipment. If you have found a nonconformity in the shipment, please contact us specifying in detail the issue found. We will initiate all warehouse checks necessary to verify the error to find the best solution.

If I choose to pay by credit card?
Esperiashop.co.uk accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Postepay Visa. The credit card account will be charged only after the goods are sent. When ordering, the invoice amount is only reserved; this procedure is also called authorization. If the goods are returned, a credit note for the value of the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account immediately after the return is processed in our logistics center. Please note that the time required for crediting your credit card account or bank account depends on the card issuing institution and the respective agreements made with the various institutions. Please contact your credit card issuing institution for more information. Here is some important security information: If your credit card is misused by an unauthorized person, you have the option of appealing to the credit card issuing institution and contesting the transaction with them. In order to ensure maximum security and to optimally protect your personal information, the entire checkout department of Esperiashop.co.uk is equipped with the latest security technology (SSL encryption). To further secure your Internet transactions, it is mandatory to indicate a security code (CVC2 or CVV2 code) when paying by credit card. These codes are not stored in the magnetic strip of your credit card and therefore do not appear on your payment receipts. If I am asked to pay by bank transfer what information should I enter?
If in exceptional cases you are asked to pay by bank transfer, remember to make the payment no later than 3 days from the date of the order. The reason for the transfer must include: the reference number, date of execution and name/surname of the order holder.
