Our 14-day returns policy states that after you receive an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the purchase order reference.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@esperiashop.it. Returns should be sent to the following address: Creacommercio srl - via L.Einaudi, 4/12 - 20068 Peschiera Borromeo MI.

If the return is accepted, you will have to proceed with the shipment yourself. Items must be packaged and protected appropriately such that their integrity is guaranteed. Items sent without a previous return request or that are found to be unsaleable will not be accepted and refunded.

Failure to Withdraw
If the package is not picked up, the order remains valid and the seller may retain the amount paid.
If a formal request for withdrawal is not made, the goods are considered accepted by the consumer. Forced returns involve handling and return costs to the warehouse, which may be charged to the customer. In addition, the seller reserves the right to charge penalties, which may reduce the eventual refund.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to fix it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital goods (e.g., foreign subscriptions), custom products (e.g., special orders or custom items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift certificates.

Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
As stated above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
